These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zh444 ("zh444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://zh444.cam (the "Platform").

zh444 is an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform designed to serve users in the Pakistani market and internationally. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games and associated gaming content, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

• One Account Per Person: You have not previously held an account on zh444 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access the full functionality of the zh444 Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account conduct:

• One Account Per User: Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zh444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift or transfer your account or any funds or Bonus Funds within it to any third party.
• KYC Compliance: zh444 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and may require it at any stage of account activity. You must submit a valid government-issued CNIC or passport when requested. Documents must be originals — unaltered, unobscured and clearly legible.

By using the zh444 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all Platform activity:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial, business or professional gambling purpose unless expressly agreed in writing by zh444.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by zh444.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code or underlying structure of the Platform.

• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the functionality or security of the Platform or other users' experience.

zh444 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.

All deposits and payment transactions on zh444 are subject to the following terms. zh444 displays balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Reference to payment methods below is for contextual familiarity only — it does not constitute an endorsement or imply that any named provider supports or permits gambling transactions.

• Permitted Methods: Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier. Methods may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to operator agreements and provider rules at the time of transaction.

zh444 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria. These may include account verification status, minimum deposit amount, game type restrictions, geographic restrictions and a validity window.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Household: zh444 limits promotional eligibility to one account per household address, device and IP address to prevent abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire as stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

All wagering activity on zh444 — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules published for each game or market:

• Acceptance of Risk: Gambling involves real financial risk. By placing a wager on zh444 you acknowledge that you may lose the staked amount and you accept this risk willingly.
• Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, a bet is binding at the odds displayed. zh444 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of obvious pricing errors.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or breach the security infrastructure of the Platform.
• Registering or using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund Platform deposits.

All content on the zh444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, icons, imagery, software, data structures and compilation — is the property of zh444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from zh444.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use zh444's name, brand marks or visual identity in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh444 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You accept the financial risk of gambling as part of your agreement to these Terms.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising from Platform use or unavailability.
• The conduct, content or practices of any third-party payment provider, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. These providers are referenced for contextual familiarity only and zh444 holds no agency relationship with them.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, zh444's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any void bonus funds and subject to AML review) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure where wagering requirements have not been met.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh444 holds its operating licence. This governing law clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zh444's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the governing jurisdiction.

zh444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Users via their account email address or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
